CPC Developing Leaders

Collaboration: Place: Change Developing Leaders is a cultural leadership development programme for cultural leaders or senior managers with 5+ years’ experience all of whom are living and/or working in Norfolk or Suffolk. The programme will equip the participants with the skills, knowledge and peer group collaboration to enable positive leadership change and development on an individual, organisational and sector level.

The programme consists of a series of facilitated sessions (January – October 2021). Using a combination of day sessions and residentials, the group will have access to workshops designed to facilitate their development as cultural leaders.
