CPC Emerging Leaders

Collaboration: Place: Change Emerging Leaders is a cultural leadership development programme for emerging cultural leaders or managers with up to 5 years’ experience who are living and/or working in Norfolk or Suffolk. The cohort, who will come together throughout the next year, comprise a diverse collection of freelance and employed professionals, each of whom has been nominated as a future leader in their respective field.

The Emerging Leaders programme consists of a series of facilitated sessions, running from October 2021 to March 2022. Through a combination of online day sessions and intensives, the group will have access to workshops designed to facilitate their development as cultural leaders.
